INSTAGRAM AUTO-REPLY SERVICE TERMS

These terms apply to your interaction with the automated reply system that operates on Vonimate's Instagram business account @justin.vonimate. They are separate from the End User License Agreement that covers Vonimate's Invoice Automator product (see /eula) and the general website Privacy Policy.

Vonimate operates an AI-powered automated reply system that responds to direct messages sent to @justin.vonimate on Instagram. Replies are generated by a large language model (Anthropic's Claude API) under Justin Larpenteur's direction and are intended to:

• Acknowledge inbound messages quickly
• Answer common questions about Vonimate's services
• Qualify whether a real follow-up conversation makes sense
• Route serious prospects to a scheduling conversation with Justin personally

This service is not offered to third parties. It operates only on Vonimate's own Instagram account.

By sending a message to @justin.vonimate on Instagram, you agree that:

• An automated system may reply on Justin Larpenteur's behalf.
• The replies you receive are generated by software and are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
• The content of your message and our reply may be stored for up to 90 days for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
• You may stop the conversation at any time by replying "stop," "unsubscribe," or any clear message of decline. The system will not message you again unless you initiate a new conversation.

• We do not send unsolicited cold outbound messages from this account. The system only replies to messages you initiate.
• We do not message you on any platform other than the one you contacted us on.
• We do not share, sell, or rent the content of your messages to any third party except as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We do not impersonate any other person or business. Replies are generated by Vonimate's system, drafted to match Justin Larpenteur's voice as the founder.

Automated replies are designed to be helpful but may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. If anything material is unclear, or appears to conflict with what Vonimate publishes elsewhere, ask for Justin directly or email [email protected] for a human response.

We do not warrant the system will be available without interruption. We aim for high uptime but make no guarantee.

Please do not:

• Send messages with the intent of probing for security vulnerabilities or exploits.
• Send automated or scripted traffic at a rate that resembles a denial-of-service attempt.
• Send content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, or that infringes third-party rights.

We reserve the right to stop replying to any account that engages in the above and to block messages from such accounts.

If we change these terms materially, we will update the "Effective" date above and post the new version at the same URL.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Duval County, Florida.
